Introduction

The school of Medicine covers an area of about 200,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 162,000 square meters. It has undergraduate majors in Nursing, Health Service and Management, and specialties in Nursing, Midwifery, Medical Imaging Technology, and Rehabilitation Technology. There are currently 1,500 full-time students.

 

Faculty

The School has 113 teachers, including 6 doctorates, 35 masters, 55 professors and associate professors, 24 provincial-level subject leaders and backbone teachers, and 50 dual-qualified teachers.

The experimental teaching center covers an area of 54,000 square meters, with a total value of 60.56 million yuan in various teaching equipment. It has established a basic medicine, clinical medicine, medical technology experimental teaching platform and a nursing professional training platform, is equipped with internal, external, women and children's care, and emergency simulation wards, and advanced teaching facilities such as a nursing high simulation simulator, high simulation clinical simulation training system, and computer interactive internal medicine assessment and first aid skills training system, and has advanced basic medical virtual simulation system and X-ray photography, computed tomography, digital subtraction angiography, ultrasound diagnosis and other imaging apparatus.

 

Teaching, Learning and Research

In recent years, our teachers have presided and finished more than 60 scientific research projects at the provincial, ministerial, and municipal levels, published more than 220 papers in journals above the national level, compiled 25 books, and obtained 8 national invention patents. The employment rate of graduates in the past three years has reached over 96%. A network of off-campus practice bases across the country composed of more than 100 second-level and above hospitals has been built to provide a strong guarantee for students' internships.
