Success of the First Representative Assembly of Huanghuai University Science and Technology Association

The First Representative Assembly of Huanghuai University Science and Technology Association was held in room 102 of the Administrative Building in the morning of April 17^th. Secretary of Party Leadership of Henan Province Science and Technology Association Cao Kui, deputy mayor of Zhumadian people's government Feng Yumei, party secretary Yang Dedong, president Tan Zhen, deputy secretary of party Wang Bing, vice president Zhang Xinyan, Lan Junrui, office director of Henan province Science and Technology Association Wang Jifen, Party secretary of Zhumadian city Science and Technology Association Xue Yuxia, chairman Gao Qiliang and member representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Wang Bing.
 Office director of Henan province Science and Technology Association Wang Jifen read out “About Replying to the founding of Huanghuai University Science and Technology Association. On behalf of the preparatory group of Huanghuai University Science and Technology Association, vice president Zhang Xinyan reported their preparations.

  Cao Kui, Feng Yumei, Yang Dedong, and Xue Yuxia jointly inaugurated the association.
 The first committee members were selected in the assembly. Lan Junrui was selected as president of the association. Zhang Baolai, Zhang Ning and Yu Mingfu are vice presidents.
     President Lan Junrui made a speech, confirming that he would take his responsibility and lead the scientific and technical workers to further develop the university and Zhumadian city.

On behalf of the Huanghuai University Party committee, president congratulated on the founding of the Science and Technology Association and expressed her gratitude to the concerns, instructions, and support from leaders of Zhumadian Science and Technology Association. She hoped that the association can be improved by strengthening cooperation and management so that it can become a top mass academic organization.

Feng YuMei, on behalf of the Zhumadian People’s Government hoped that Huanghuai University Science and Technology Association can develop more scientific products and cultivate more elites to make Zhumadian a famous city for its scientific development and talents.

Cao Kui also gave a speech and pointed out the benefits of establishing the association.  He believed that the association would strengthen the academic communication among universities, motivate faculty’s creativity, enhance academic development and promote the creating and sharing of scientific technology resources. Finally, the assembly ended in the applauding of leaders and representatives.
