Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Education has issued a notice of the list of 2016 National Innovation and entrepreneurship experienced university. We are the top 50 in the whole country.

The activity about 2016 National Innovation and entrepreneurship experienced university aims to further deepen innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, continuously improve the quality of business guidance services, and effectively promote innovation-led entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and employment.

The selection started in Feburary,2016. By university report, recommendation, social surveys, field research, there are 50 universities was selected. Among them, 19 are belonging to central departments, 25 are provincial colleges and universities, 6 are vocational colleges. There are only 2 university in Henan province.

HHU has always attached great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship. with teaching reform as a breakthrough, it aims to cultivate students' entrepreneurial spirit, enhance innovation and practical ability and entrepreneurial employment ability. It focuses on curriculum construction and teacher training, and achieved positive results in innovation and entrepreneurship education. HHU was rated as Chinese university students innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base, national science and technology enterprise incubator, Henan province college students entrepreneurial education model school, Henan province university students entrepreneurial demonstration base, Henan science and technology business incubator, Henan business incubator demonstration base. 2015, "Huanghuai  co-working space" selected the first batch of state-level public space.
