From January 15 to 22, Mr. Yang Dedong, Chairman of the University Committee and his delegation visited universities in India and Malaysia. It has achieved a great success.
    Mr. K.S.Rangappa, the chancellor of University of Mysore expressed warm welcomes to Mr. Yang Dedong and his delegation. Mr. Yang Dedong expressed great appreciation to teachers from the department of registration, finances, planning and quality control of the university, which had achieved great contributions to the cooperation and development between HHU and UOM. There was a deep discussion on personnel training, teachers and students exchange program and a consensus was reached on the building of HHU-UoM ISST and Confucius School in India. After the meeting, accompanied by Prof. Hemantha Kumar, they visited the overseas students’ apartment from HHU and teachers who taught at HHU.
    Mr. Yang Dedong and his delegation also visited Malaysia University. They visited the teaching building, gymnasium, library, and resource center, as well as educational and teaching facilities. They had a meeting with the faculty in the department of teaching and research, and exchanged their shared experiences of school- running.
